What's included. A bundled treatment plan covering weekly compounded semaglutide medication, ongoing provider consultations, refill management, and shipping.
No additional fees. No insurance billed. No platform, consultation, shipping, or cancellation fees beyond the displayed plan price.
Billing & renewals. Your plan is billed at checkout for the term you select; available terms and the charge schedule are shown above before you complete checkout. Your plan auto-renews at the end of that term unless canceled. Promotional discounts, where offered, apply only to the first term — renewal charges may differ.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime in your patient portal. You continue to receive services through the end of the current paid term; you won't be charged for the next term.
Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
